Implement a Queue with “Array”

1) You must write “arrayQueue.h”. The template is shown on page 459-463.

2) #include the “arrayQueue.h” in a “.cpp”, as you modify the code on page 468- 469 to get it to run. Sample output can be seen on page 469 “Sample Run”.
