Referring to the Kelly’s Salon Case Study, Kelly, the owner, has asked you

if outsourcing some of the functions/processes would benefit her business.
Group D:  Identify which function(s) you would recommend she outsource and explain why they would be appropriate for outsourcing.  List three competitive advantages Kelly could get by outsourcing and three challenges or risks in outsourcing, as well as what she could do about them. Think very broadly about ‘outsourcing’ – it can be a single function or a group of processes supported by an IT system that is ‘outsourced’ – there are many ways to look at this topic.
Group D’s initial responses are due by Thursday and Groups A, B and C’s replies to at least two classmates are due by Sunday.  (Remember “more than 2” substantive reply postings are required for an “A.”)
