The criteria used to evaluate your term paper are as follows:
-1.The ability to organize material and clarity of thought in the presentation of your topic.
-2.Did you use a minimum of eighteen (18) reference sources for the entire body of the term paper. The term paper should have at least two (2) references for each page of text. **These are graduate school requirements.
-3.Have you indicated how key concepts and approaches can be implemented or applied by managers?
-4.Did you demonstrate graduate level writing skills?
-5.Did you adhere to APA guidelines in writing your paper for example, citations and references?
-6.Paper should be typed, double-spaced, using a standard typeface not to exceed (12-point font).
-7.Term paper should be eighteen (18) pages minimum to twenty five (25) pages maximum. The term paper should be18 pages minimum for the body of the paper, which does not include the number of pages for the bibliography. You should be very conservative with your usage of graphs, tables, charts, and definitions in your term paper. I am looking for your scholarly thinking in relation to your term paper topic.

DEFINITION OF SCHOLARLY, PEER-REVIEWED, AND TRADE JOURNALS:
A publication is considered to be SCHOLARLY if it is authored by academics for a target audience that is mainly academic, the printed format isn’t usually a glossy magazine, and it is published by a recognized society with academic goals and missions.

A TRADE journal is a publication that falls somewhere between a magazine and journal, and contains articles focusing on topics of special interest to a certain trade or industry. The material is usually written by professionals in the industry (as opposed to academicians). Examples include HR Magazine (published by SHRM), eWeek (for owners and managers of ebusinesses), and Workforce Management (provides news, trends, and analysis to HR and management professionals).
Grading Criteria Research Paper
-Analysis and critical thinking:Writing illustrates higher order critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, and/or evaluation: 0 – 70 points
-Writing style, grammar, sentence structure:Sentences are consistently clear, concise, well written; grammar and punctuation are correct: 0 – 15 points
-APA and research:Correct use of APA style in body of paper and appropriately references the text and/or other research sources: 0 – 15 points
