Certainly, a lack of understanding of those who fall in the target market and HOW they THINK and respond to the marketing mix “bundle of satisfaction” is why the study of consumer behavior is so important!

Class, if you had to describe the demographics of the United States in terms of how these demographics have changed over the past 10-15 years, what major shift has been occurring and to which marketers have become more sensitive and responsive?
