To complete this assignment, you will need to compute the:
- Investment Cost of Measure: Add up the following costs:
- Insulation materials: $550
- Transportation: Six trips of 10 miles round trip per trip at $0.50 per mile
- Labor: 35 hours to transport and install at $25 per hour
- Installation equipment: $20
- Annual Energy Savings:
- 5 thousand cubic feet (MCF) of natural gas at $7.66 per MCF
- Make the following assumptions:
- Life of Measure is 25 years.
- Energy Price Inflation is 1% annually
- Annual Operating Cost is $0.
- Financing Interest Rate is: 10%
