As a member of ABC Consultants, you have been hired by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) to develop an innovated approach using current technology in health care delivery. This can be a product, a service, or an application.

The team has chosena program in which the insured can view the costs of provider services?  For instance, the patient needs a colonoscopy.  He goes to the website selects colonoscopy, his provider and the system shows him all the costs involved including the cost of the “operating” room, anesthesia, supplies, and doctor fees.
