The epidemiologic Transition:  Choose a major burden of disease and a country, and explore how large (or small) that burden is.  Compare it to other types of burdens (non-communicable and communicable) and discuss how it fits into the epidemiologic transition. 

Where is the country in the transition, approximately?

What does the population look like, in terms of age and distribution?  

What about poverty levels?

Finally, state one way in which nursing could affect the burden of the disease in the country that you identified.  This is informal, so you do not need several sources and data, but there should be some information and evidence to backing your claim and painting a picture of the country and disease.
