Trevino, L. and Brown, M. (2005). The Role of Leaders in Influencing Unethical Behavior in the Workplace. In R.E. Kidwell and C.L. Martin (Eds.) Managing Organizational Deviance (pp. 69-96). California: Sage Publications.

You will be addressing Case Study #3, Bernard Ebbers: Innovative Leader or Reckless Risk Taker, beginning on page 89. Once you are familiar with the case, address the case questions presented on page 95, following the case.

Submit a paper which is 2- pages in length (no more than 2-pages), exclusive of the reference page. Paper should be double-spaced in Times New Roman font (or its equivalent) which is no greater than 12 points in size. The paper should cite at least 2 sources in APA format. One source can be the book chapter. The paper should be well-written. Check all content for grammar, spelling and to be sure that you have properly cited all resources (in APA format) used.
