Examine leadership as an aspect of behaviour, and discuss different leadership styles and how they can impact upon businesses. Refer to the different leadership concepts that we have discussed and relate them to today’s organisations and examine their importance. (Guidance notes We learned that leadership is something more than an aspect of personality and that it is more connected with one’s attitude about oneself and others. Define managers & leaders and discuss how they each have a role within organisations. Answers should bring in reference to transferable skills and personality & perception traits of individuals.
