How did you inspire a shared vision, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to your ability to do so? How do you know that you, in fact, inspired a shared vision? Part Two: Describe an experience when you were inspired to a shared vision by another leader. How did they inspire a shared vision, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to their ability to do so? Why were they effective in inspiring you to a shared vision? Finally, create a summary message to describe the significance of “Inspire a Shared Vision” as it relates to your view of leadership. (No citations/references required).
