You are required to use the PESTLE tool to identify and analyse trends and industry (macro) changes/ treads/ opportunities on:

a) the company you are currently working for OR

b) a company you have worked for in the past and know well OR

c) a particular product/ offering you are currently working on.

Specifics

·When conducting the PESTEL analysis, is it essential to assess the impact and implications of the factors. For example, under political factors, the effects of recent changes to the tax policy on the company and/or entire industry should be considered instead of simply discussing how the company’s activities can be disrupted due to the same.

·Importantly, a PESTLE analysis is credible, accurate and valid ONLY when it presents its sources/ references, both in the text as well as in the reference list.

·Provide frameworks for the identification of the key strategic drivers of change and organisational capability, including assessing strategic fit and gap analysis.

·You need to support your answers with relevant evidence from your readings thus far and individual research.
