Reply posts to the post below in a substantive in a manner and address two of the following bullets:POST:Q. How does HR add value to an organization and how can this value be optimized? A. As a strategic partner to the leadership within an organization, HR can truly optimize the human potential of an organization. The two major ways that HR does add value and alignment for a company is first in optimizing the human efforts and skills within an organization. And second, by offering the proper information and guidelines to keep these efforts and the total organization in line with success that is on the right side of the law. A1. First, as the true people manager, HR not only recruits top talent to the organization but they also help onboard, check in with, push for professional development, and maintain people engagement throughout employees time with the company (Sondhi, 2018.) According to an older Forbes article, after the collection of data from a 20 year study, HR’s focus on optimizing human capital does effect the organization’s overall success; “The link between human capital and performance is 71% stronger for organization-specific skills than for general industry-wide skills” (Bailey, 2012) To become more valuable in this aspect, as an HRM it is important to understand their own capabilities in the human capital focus. More specifically, it is important for HRM to understand when they can rely on their own expertise for recruitment or when it is necessary to rely on specialized recruiting agencies to bring in high-levels of talents for roles such as technology, engineering, or scientific roles that they may not fully understand the market on. HRM does not need to rely solely on recruiting to optimize the human capital, but by understanding their capabilities they can have more success with the support of agencies for more specialized roles. A2. Secondly, as a partner to a global or national organization, HR does have to ensure that the company has the proper tools to make decisions and execute plans, on the right side of the law that can affect the overall success. As a partner, HR not only understands the organizations goals, mission, and strategy but they’re communicating that to every level to ensure the entire organization is on the same page (Sondhi, 2018.) At the same time, they’re also checking and ensuring that every decision and every execution is up to standard and the legalities of the areas that they are operating within (Sondhi, 2018.) One way to optimize their knowledge and their ability to consult on these matters is to keep an Employee Law Attorney on retainer to assist in situational decision making (MaxPeopleHR, 2019.) This method not only maintains the HRM’s knowledge on the proper legalities but it can expand it as well as bring in added reassurance that all activities are following the proper protocols. A successful HRM can rely on their own knowledge and training to help optimize their organization, but they should also create a stronger team around themselves to ensure even greater success. Reply posts to the post below in a substantive in a manner and address two of the following bullets:POST:HR is very knowledgeable in many areas that seem to be unexpected to most, which is a hinderance when it comes to utilizing an HR department to its utmost potential. One strategy that HR personnel can implement on their own so that their value is more easily recognized is to further develop expertise by having and attending trainings so that strategies are always updated and applied properly. Allowing for HR departments to participate in outside trainings, and conferences to gain additional certifications lets them further develop their knowledge and skills as HR professionals while also adding value to the organization (Kokemuller, 2019).Another strategy that an HR department can take is simply being adaptable to provide the best service their organization (Meusurger, 2017). Being knowledgeable in the industry and being able to provide individualized service and expertise brings up the value of the HR department because it is an extension of the model that is provided to the employees. Employees and managers of an organization can trust in the HR department to be exceptional branches of the values and ethics of the company itself when additional effort is placed on going beyond when it comes to providing and executing HR strategies. Marketing analytics or analytics in general is becoming more and more important

Marketing analytics or analytics in general is becoming more and more important to business with each passing year. As technology is increasingly entering into the marketing discipline so is the ability to gather and analyze data. This trend will continue into the foreseeable future.SAS (https://www.sas.com/en_us/insights/marketing/marketing-analytics.html) says of marketing analytics:Marketing analytics comprises the processes and technologies that enable marketers to evaluate the success of their marketing initiatives. This is accomplished by measuring performance (e.g., blogging versus social media versus channel communications). Marketing analytics uses important business metrics, such as ROI, marketing attribution and overall marketing effectiveness. In other words, it tells you how your marketing programs are really performing.Being able to discern effective marketing strategies and tactics is of paramount importance to business. If a marketing program is effective, the organization wants/needs to know it in order to continue engaging in profitable strategies or even revising the marketing program to become more effective. If a marketing program is ineffective, the organization needs to know this in order to possibly discontinue the program or make revisions to the program. Marketing analytics should be applied to most, if not all, areas of a business venture. For this paper (all references and in-text citations must be in APA format):1. Section 1 (1 page .. 400 words [minimum] or more): define marketing analytics. I would expect that you would use multiple sources but one reference and in-text citation is required.2. Section (5 pages .. 2000 words [minimum] or more): find and summarize 5 articles dealing with marketing analytics. Try to find articles dealing with the origins of marketing analytics, where it has been in the past, where it is now, and where it is heading in the future. For those who enjoy the more technological aspects of the analytical process feel free to discuss the tools used in the marketing analytics process. Obviously, you will have at least one citation for each article.3. Section 3 (1 page .. 400 words [minimum] or more): the final section of your paper should discuss how your own organization uses marketing analytics and/or how your organization employs or could employ marketing analytics.4. Section 4 (length up to you): did you find this exercise “enlightening”; was it worthwhile to you .. why or why not? Is it something worthy of doing in a graduate level class? Other comments or suggestions. The paper should use good grammar and complete sentences except where appropriate.

Gambits To Use and Tactics to Avoid

In this week’s discussion, you will continue to work on negotiation tactics and strategies, which will help you prepare your draft of subsections B and C of Section V: Negotiation Tactics and Strategies of the final project. Last week you focused on the contrast principle gambit, which you wrote about in the Module Eight assignment. This week you will expand your focus to include other gambits, which are outlined in the Module Nine overview. These gambits are often helpful in dealing with a hesitant negotiation partner, as well as in other interpersonal discussions when seeking alignment or agreement. As you prepare to write this week’s discussion post, first review the article: How to Neutralise Aggressive Negotiators Tactics. Then, fill out the Negotiation Gambits Chart. Include the following information:Post your chart as an attachment to your post. In your responses to peers, offer your thoughts on the gambits they have identified and their potential effects on the outcome of the negotiations—both positive and negative. Defend your choices by providing reasons. Suggest other gambits to use with a hesitant negotiation partner to close the deal. Your work on this discussion post will help you prepare your final project submission, specifically Section V: Negotiation Tactics and Strategies.
