Hi there!  I am working on my homework and could use your help.  The

scenario is attached.  I am working on #1.  If I am evaluating the mean of only one sample group, would I use the one-sample t-test and set the test value in SPSS to 6 (based on the scenario)?  If so, how would I evaluate meaningfulness or practical significance since I cannot use Cohen’s d?  I am a little confused.  I may be approaching this incorrectly, but I am not sure.  Thank so much for your help!
