discovered in my community (example, Kansas) that best fits my career interests and goals, leadership style, and professional competencies based on what I discovered about myself from the HumanMetrics self-assessment activity which is (ENFJ). Include a the story of the healthcare facilities nonprofit; whether it is part of a large health system or a retail chain; and whether it is a family business, a small independent company, or something else.
Include a discussion in the speaker notes of the unique competencies that you believe are most important for effective leadership in each of your selected organizations.
