I am not sure what is needed by calculate CI that does not include

population mean. Since the confidence interval relates to our willingness to calculate a confidence interval that does not include the population mean, what does this tell us about the width of the interval? I am including the data that I have already calculated. The data is taken from statdisk body file for blood pressures.
90% Cl for the Population Mean: 121.583 < mean <124.337
Width- 124.337- 121.583= 2.754
95% CI for the population Mean: 121.15896 < mean < 124.76104
Width- 124.761-121.158= 3.603
99% Cl for the population Mean: 120.80363 < mean <125.11637
Width- 125.116- 120.804= 4.312
