I know that it is important to have diversity exposed to children

and adolescents because it gives them the opportunity to learn about one another that may be from different in their ethnicity, race, religious background, etc. What are your thoughts on the value of diversity in the lives of children and adolescents. Also to what extent you think growing up in a diverse environment and/or being exposed to diversity at a young age benefits children. How you think the issue of diversity is best approached by adults who care for and work with children and adolescents.
