Maslow’s Theory of Human Motivation is considered a classic in the

study of Human Behavior. However, this article was written in 1943!
Given the changes in society since the article was written do you feel that Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs” is still relevant today, especially as it pertains to the work environment? If so, have changes in society made one or more of Maslow’s basic human needs more relevant or dominant today than in 1943?
