Using appropriate A.P.A format and style simulate
outline of key theories and concepts you have studied through the course of your degree which you believe are shaping your thinking, your practice in the selected area of work, your working style and vision. Visit your syllabi, notes, books, and resources from your course of study. Please list at least 10 – 15 key frameworks. Describe each framework by defining it and the major theoretical understanding of that concept.
Your selections should be multi- disciplinary and not just come from one course or from one area of business administration. This is an integration assignment. For example in the area of Motivation Theory, you might espouse to Maslow or Herzberg, or Path Goal or Expectations Theory. Any or a combination would work. Briefly, describe the components of that chosen theory/theories and why it is important to your framework for leadership. In leadership your theory could be situational leadership, servant leadership, . . . again which is relevant to you, your work, your practicum and why. Describe it. . .
Select the areas and report them briefly in this assignment. This assignment is building the foundation for your final reflective integration paper.
